- 1. Free Cancellation if you cancel the booking 24 Hours prior to checkin.
- 2. Customer shall be entitled to cancel any boooking made, only before the checkin date and time.
- 3. The Customer will be bound by the Cancellation and Refund Policy on ( booking engine and shall not hold Hotel Royal Orbit (“Company”) liable for any loss that she/ he may incur due to cancellation of the booking.
- 4. Refund of the amount after Booking Cancellation is available only till checkin date and time.
- 5. No Refund will be given once the checkin date and time is crossed.
